When will I recieve my order?
Due to our products being handmade, please allow 7 – 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing prior to shipping. Once your order ships, you will recieve an update with tracking information from USPS.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the "Order Tracking" page. You will be able to view details about your order including the USPS tracking number where you can track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer international shipping, however, we are working on providing these services in the near future.
How do I know what size (bonnet, headband, etc.,) to choose from?
Use the size chart in the product description to choose the accurate size before placing your order. Tip: Use measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head.
Are (bonnets, headbands, etc.,) machine washable?
Yes! However, we recommend washing on a delicate cycle in cold water then air-dry. Hand-washing is preferred to preserve the longevity of the material.
Can I place a custom order (bonnet, headband, etc.,)?
At this time we do not accept custom orders.
Can I return/cancel my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and cancellations cannot be processed. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us within 14 business days and we'll be more than happy to discuss possible solutions.

For all customer support inquiries, please use our "Contact Us" form. We do our best to respond to customers within 24 - 48 hours. Inquiries are answered in the order they are recieved.
